The day bed by the pool was a great spot to relax and soak up the sun. Plus, the airport transfers were a breeze.
The lighting in the rooms and showers was way too dim. It felt like taking a shower in a cave.

I had a fantastic stay at the Backpackers in Victoria Falls. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. They arranged a taxi for me from the airport and made check-in a breeze. They were also incredibly helpful in arranging activities and even helped me order pizza from town since it wasn't safe to go out after dark. On top of that, they surprised me with a birthday meal and cake. The atmosphere of the place was amazing, with a cool vibe and plenty of amenities for backpackers. The pool area, lounge, and fully equipped kitchen were all great. The WiFi was also fast and reliable. A special shoutout to Orlington at the front desk, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place for anyone on a budget heading to Victoria Falls.

The value for money was amazing, we got so much for what we paid. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was peaceful but still accessible to the park. The staff at the lodge treated me like family, always going above and beyond to help and make me feel welcome.
Breakfast delights could be improved with a wider variety of options.

During my stay at the Backpackers Lodge, the staff provided useful information about visas, taxis, and activities. They even helped me book transportation to and from the airport. The room I had was a good size with a comfortable bed, complete with a mosquito net. The lodge had a friendly atmosphere and I enjoyed the sense of community. Additionally, the 20-minute walk to the town center and 30-minute walk to Victoria Falls were manageable. The nearby free vulture feeding activity was a unique experience recommended by the staff.

The property had a beautiful and well-maintained yard with a swimming pool and an observation deck. the staff was friendly and always willing to assist with information and taxi bookings. Meeting other tourists and campers in the common space during the evening was a nice way to socialize.
The rooms were disappointing, with a small size and an open bathroom concept. the lack of a door between the room and the bathroom made it uncomfortable for privacy.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Backpackers Lodge! The cool vibe and friendly atmosphere made me feel right at home. The pool area was a fantastic place to relax, and the fully equipped kitchen was a great convenience. The breakfast and lunch options were delicious, and the Friday night barbecue and music added a fun touch to the experience. The staff, especially Orlington at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and always there to assist. The spacious and clean room with the well-fitted mosquito net and fan provided a comfortable stay. And I can't forget to mention Oreo, the adorable on-site doggo who was always ready for cuddles. I highly recommend this hostel for its thoughtful amenities and fantastic atmosphere.
